Align and Explore
A slower paced, beginner-friendly yoga class designed to help you find your center, connect with your body, and enjoy growing your practice. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to return to your mat and body with intentionality, this class offers a supportive space to slow down, get curious, and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll move through a gentle flow with slightly longer holds, exploring alignment, mobility, functional stability, and flexibility. This class is also an invitation to explore and play. Each class will be adapted to the people who are in the room, making space to explore the areas of your body that are calling for attention and exploring different ways of moving and feeling within the body. We’ll experiment with breath and somatic movement, try different ways of inhabiting familiar poses, and notice what happens when we let curiosity guide our practice. There is no need to get it “right”—this is a space to discover, listen, and find your own way of being with your body.
Come as you are, whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time or deepening your practice. Modifications are offered throughout, allowing you to explore at your own pace and find what feels supportive in your body.

Evening Exhale: Yin Yoga
This deeply nourishing Yin / Restorative Yoga class is designed to guide you into profound rest and nervous system reset. We begin slowly, settling into long-held yin postures that gently target the fascia, connective tissue, hips, and spine. Each pose is supported with props and held for several minutes, allowing the body to soften layer by layer.
Rather than stretching with effort, we practice surrender — inviting gravity, breath, and stillness to do the work. As the class progresses, restorative shapes cradle the body in complete support. Bolsters, blankets, and blocks create a sense of safety and ease, encouraging the shift from sympathetic “fight or flight” into parasympathetic “rest and digest.” Breath becomes slow and spacious. Muscles release unconscious holding. The mind begins to quiet.
The final 10–20 minutes are devoted to an extended savasana. Fully supported and warmly cocooned, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation — a space between waking and sleep where true restoration happens. This extended rest encourages the nervous system to reset, the heart rate and blood pressure to regulate, mental tension to ease, and supports the body's natural healing processes. This class is appropriate for all levels and especially supportive during times of stress, transition, burnout, or when you simply need to be held in stillness. Come as you are. Leave restored.

Nourishing Flow
A slow-to-moderate paced practice designed to help you reset from the day and reconnect with your body. Through mindful movement and breath, we’ll work with a gentle flow, integrating mobility, strength-building, and deeper stretches to create a practice that both energizes and nourishes our bodies and minds.
This class offers space to release the tension and busyness of the day or week, settle into our nervous systems, and return to yourself. We’ll explore opening and expansion in the body, build a little strength, and use breath and centering practices to create a sense of grounding, balance, and ease.
Each class is unique and responsive to the students who are there that day. While we offer this class several times a week, you can expect each practice to be different, shaped by what the group needs and what feels supportive in the moment. Come as you are and let the practice meet you where you’re at.
This is an all-levels practice that is welcoming to everyone. Modifications and options are offered throughout, and all levels of fitness and experience are welcome. We strive to offer options for a variety of bodies, abilities, and experiences so that you can find a practice that feels supportive.

Seasonal Flow
In this class, we align our practice with the energies of the season we are in. As the earth changes around us, we gently shift our focus and energy, allowing our practice to move with the rhythms of the natural world.
In winter, we turn inward with a gentler, slower practice that invites reflection, rest, and restoration. As spring arrives, we begin to awaken, gradually building energy and creating space for new growth. Summer brings more movement, flow, and an invitation to cultivate and work with our own power. And as autumn arrives, we begin the gentle descent back toward the earth, slowing down to ground, shed, release, and make space for grief as well as gratitude.
This seasonal practice offers a different way of moving, breathing, and being in relationship with the world around us. These sequences are accessible to all and are meant to help you find your own path through the seasons. Modifications are always offered, creating space for the practice to meet you and hold you wherever you are.

Wild + Strong Yoga
A strengthening practice for cultivating resilience, inner power, and connecting to the power within. Through longer holds, mindful movement, and intentional breath, we’ll build physical strength while learning to work with and nourish our nervous systems.
This is not a power or sculpt yoga class. While we’ll integrate strength-building practices and at times have the option to add resistance bands or light weights, this class is less about pushing ourselves to our limits and more about cultivating strength that feels right for our bodies. We’ll explore ways of building strength that support our nervous systems and help our bodies develop resilience alongside strength.
This class is also an invitation to explore our own inner power and wildness. We’ll integrate practices that help us cultivate confidence, courage, and a deeper expression of our inner, wilder selves. We’ll explore what it feels like to take up space, trust our bodies, and connect with the power we already carry within us.
This class invites us to explore our capacity, meet ourselves with presence, and reconnect with the wilder parts of ourselves that know how to root, rise, adapt, and shape the world around us.
